The combination course OPITO BOSIET/NOGEPA 0.5A including EBS is a basic training course for offshore oil and gas personnel. Specific requirements and rules are important for persons working offshore. Basic medical knowledge and survival at sea are among the skills that offshore personnel should have.
In this OPITO/NOGEPA combination training course, our instructors will provide you with the necessary information and knowledge of the EBS system (Emergency Breathing System), which is used in a helicopter to assist in an escape when a helicopter enters the water.
Also part of this training is training with the Escape Chute (also called the NOG/OLF supplement), which is required for working on a platform in Norway. This supplement should not be confused with the S-Cape training.
This course can be optionally supplemented with training on the Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS).

Basic training OPITO BOSIET with EBS
This training course is a basic training course intended for people who do not (or no longer) have a valid BOSIET/0.5A certificate.
Do you have a valid certificate, but will it expire soon? Then book a FOET/0.5B refresher course.The training results in the following certification:

In which language is the OPITO BOSIET with EBS taught?
The training is given in English. On request or if only Dutch-speaking students participate, the instruction can be given in Dutch.
