The S-Cape Evacuation Training is a practical course to familiarize the participants with the operation of the S-Cape descent system. After the training the participants will be able to descend independently with the system.

Contents S-Cape Evacuation System Training
The training consists of a theoretical part and a practical part:
Theory
- Reason of the system
- Storage and descent points offshore
- All elements of the S-Cape system
- Operation of the S-Cape system (demonstration)
Practice
- Making the S-Cape system ready for use
- Descent using the S-Cape system
- Descent using the S-Cape in combination with a life raft (painter line)
The training takes one and a half to four hours, depending on the size of the group.

Basic and refresher training S-Cape Evacuation System Training
This training is meant for people without experience as well as for people with experience who want to refresh their knowledge or have a valid diploma that will expire soon.

In which language is the S-Cape Evacuation System Training given?
The training is given in English. On request or if only Dutch-speaking students participate, the instruction can be given in Dutch.
