The Escape Chute Training (formerly NOG or OLF supplement) is a training course valid only in combination with OPITO BOSIET / NOGEPA 0.5A or OPITO FOET / NOGEPA 0.5B.
This training is given according to the guidelines of Norsk olje og gass, NOG (The Norwegian Oil & Gas Association), formerly called Oljeindustriens Landsforening (OLF) and is intended for personnel working in the (offshore) oil and gas industry.
Despite the existing agreements between the United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands regarding the 'mutual acceptance' of each other's training standards within the North Sea, this certificate is requested for some platforms in Norwegian waters.
Incidentally, this supplement should not be confused with the S-Cape training.

Basic and Recurrent Escape Chute Training
This training is meant for people without experience as well as for people with experience who want to refresh their knowledge or have a valid diploma that will expire soon.

In which language will the Escape Chute Training be given?
The training is given in English. On request or if only Dutch-speaking students participate, the instruction can be given in Dutch.
