For many positions in high-risk or physically demanding work environments, a medical examination is mandatory or strongly recommended. A medical examination provides insight into an employee’s physical and mental fitness to perform his or her duties safely. Examples include work at heights, in confined spaces, offshore, or while using compressed air or respiratory protection. During the examination, factors such as hearing, vision, lung function, blood pressure, and overall health are assessed. This ensures that you—or your employee—can work safely without unnecessary health risks.
This medical examination is conducted by an experienced occupational physician or medical examiner from DELTA Safety Training. Afterward, you will receive a report with the results and, if applicable, a certificate of fitness. This examination is suitable for both individual requests and companies that wish to have their employees examined on a regular basis.
