DELTA Safety Training will have a scoop on Saturday, January 7, 2017 by being the first training institute to take the new SIR exam Respiratory Protection B (AB-B). The modern DELTA Safety Training location therefore now complies with all the revised SIR requirements to be allowed to take this exam.

Main Changes
The main changes for SIR Respiratory Protection B are:

• Participants without a valid certificate need to have followed at least 12 hours of training to be allowed to take the exam
• The validity of the AB-B certificate has become 5 years instead of 3 years.
• Participants in the AB-B examination must have a valid medical certificate that can be shown at the examination.
